Mental diet part 2

In my previous blog we have discussed about mental diet in brief. Let us explore this time in detail. So today let us know how to make mental diet plan and follow it. 

 •What is the very first thing we do in the morning? 
‌Checking mails, texting good morning messages to social media, visiting our own professional websites, scrolling linkedin or twitter or getting stuck on news.

‌‌The question arises here. Do we give our first morning minutes to ourself? Have we ever wish good morning to ourself? Do we enjoy our morning enviroment daily? ‌Well, most of us do not. 

‌‌Let's change the way we live. Let's start giving first 20-25 morning minutes to ourself. To feel the presence and existance of ourself, to greet ourself first, to meditate for 15-20 minutes and start the day ahead with one good positive quotes along with it implementation. 
‌With the slightest change in morning routine we can change our whole day and ultimately it will transform our whole life. 
‌So now let's discuss about night routine too. 

‌ • ‌What do we do after we get back to our home from business or job? 
Well most of us have dinner with our family, some sort of entertainment and then again gets involve on social media. Truly speaking 90 percent of people use their cell phone till their bed time. 


 • What is the last thing we do in the night? 

Scrolling Whatsapp? Recalling our worst day? Recalling someone who hurt us? Or have doubt on our own luck. 
Ofcourse most of us do the same. 

Let us start giving our last 30 minutes to ourself. After finishing all the works invest last 30 minutes only on ourself. 
No distractions, No social media, No to almost every other thing. Last 30 minutes only for self. 

During this time make next day To-do list and priorities it so that we wakeup with daily goals, grow some seeds of positivity, listen to some soft music or meditate for 5-10 minutes, make ownself relax. 
This little changes in our daily routine can bring a big difference in our whole life. Let's make a challenge of 21 days and try this. We will amazed with the outcome in our life.

Mental Diet


Every human being know about balance diet. Either man or women, rich or poor, young or old, all require right quality and quantity of food to stay physically healthy. As we all know both underweight and overweight people face lot of health issues in their everyday life and invest lot of money on their diets. 

In order to stay healthy some people join gym, some go for morning walk & exercise and some take nutritional medicines like supplements. Well, this was all about physical health and many of us know about it more then i shared. 

Here's my today's topic

What about our mental diet? Do all of us know what does mental diet mean? Have we ever made our mental diet plan? Are you aware of what does mental diet Consist of? Well, most of us don't know anything about these and have rarely hear about these. 

Let me start sharing all these answer one by one and also how it is beneficial in our everyday life. 

  • What do i mean by mental diet? 
The food which we feed to our mind is known as mental diet. The foods of brain are thoughts, emotions and feelings. As nutritional food is required for balance diet in the same way positive thoughts, emotions and feelings are requires for mental diet. 

  • Have you ever made mental diet plan? 
Truly saying, the answer of this question is both YES and NO. 
NO, because directly we have never focus on our mental diet. 
YES, because indirectly we are feeding some thoughts, emotions and feelings to our mind daily. Lets understand it more deeply. As junk food affect our body in the same way negative thoughts, emotions and feelings affect our brain. 

We should try to feed our mind with positive thoughts, emotions and feelings as much as possible. This healthy mind will lead to more success and happiness in life. 

   •What does our mental diet consist of? 
As i have discussed this above many times, now you all are aware of what does it consist of. 

It consist of positive thoughts, emotions, feelings and high vibrational frequencies. 

In last it is extremely important to share some of the tips to make our mind healthy. 

Tips for healthy mind:-

1) Practice meditation on regular basis
2) Do affermation and visualization. 
3) Practice some brain exercise. 
4) Read some positive quotes daily. 
5) Listen positive music.
